Empowering Success LLC | JB Income Taxes
Welcome to Trustee Bootcamp, hosted by Empowering Success LLC, DBA JB Income Taxes ("JBIT," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Event Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern registration for and attendance at Trustee Bootcamp (the "Event"), together with all related registration pages, checkout flows, communications, and materials (collectively, the "Event Services").
By registering for the Event, purchasing a ticket, or attending, you ("Attendee," "Participant," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register for or attend the Event.
Trustee Bootcamp is an in-person educational event currently scheduled for October 23-24, 2026, in the Dallas, Texas area. Programming is currently anticipated to run Friday from approximately 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with an optional VIP evening component.
The Event is offered in multiple ticket tiers, which may include Promotional/Partner tickets, Early Bird tickets, Standard tickets, and VIP tickets. Current pricing and availability are displayed at checkout and are subject to change.
All ticket purchases are final. Except as required by law, JBIT does not offer refunds for registration fees, including in the case of Attendee no-shows, schedule conflicts, or voluntary cancellation by the Attendee.
Trustee Bootcamp, and all related presentations, materials, workbooks, and content (collectively, the "Content"), are provided solely for general educational and informational purposes. Nothing presented at the Event should be understood as: individualized legal advice; individualized tax advice; individualized financial or investment advice; or a substitute for consultation with your own licensed attorney, CPA, enrolled agent, or financial advisor regarding your specific circumstances.
You should consult a licensed professional before making any decision or taking any action based on Content presented at the Event.
JBIT makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding any financial outcome, tax result, income, or other benefit that may or may not result from attending the Event or applying the Content presented. Any examples, case studies, or success stories referenced during the Event are illustrative only and are not representative of results any particular Attendee should expect. Outcomes depend on each individual's specific facts, circumstances, professional guidance, and actions, all of which are outside the Company's control.
Attendance at the Event, and any interaction with speakers, presenters, panelists, or JBIT personnel at the Event (including any speaker who is an attorney, CPA, enrolled agent, or other licensed professional), does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, or other professional advisory relationship between you and that individual or JBIT. Statements made by speakers reflect general educational content and, unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed engagement letter, do not constitute individualized advice on which you may rely.
Attendance at an in-person event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to travel-related risk, risk of illness, and general risks associated with being present at a venue with other attendees. By attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks. This provision supplements, and does not replace, any separate liability and assumption-of-risk waiver JBIT may require you to execute in connection with the Event.
Attendees are responsible for evaluating their own fitness to travel to and participate in the Event. If you have a medical condition, allergy, mobility need, or other accessibility requirement the Company should be aware of, please contact us in advance so we can make reasonable accommodations where possible. The Company is not responsible for the availability of accommodations not requested in advance.
The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded by or on behalf of JBIT. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and to JBIT's use of your name, likeness, image, and voice in connection with the Event, without compensation, for JBIT's promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, in any medium now known or later developed.
All Content presented at the Event, including presentation materials, workbooks, curriculum, slides, recordings, and the JB Income Taxes Operating System and related frameworks, is the property of JBIT or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by JBIT in writing, you may not: record, photograph, or livestream any presentation or session; copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Content; use Content for commercial purposes; or train any artificial intelligence or machine learning model on Content.
Registration grants Attendees a limited, non-transferable license to attend the Event and use any Content provided for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
Attendees agree to conduct themselves professionally and in accordance with venue rules. JBIT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any Attendee from the Event without refund for conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JBIT and its officers, employees, contractors, speakers, and affiliates (including JFJ Holdings, Inc.) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the Event or these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JBIT's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Event will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Attendee for their ticket.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JBIT, Empowering Success LLC, JFJ Holdings, Inc., and their respective officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your attendance at the Event, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
The Event may feature independent speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, or vendors who are not employees of JBIT. Statements, offers, or materials provided by third parties at the Event are the responsibility of that third party, and JBIT does not endorse and is not responsible for their content, products, or services.
JBIT's approach to dispute resolution for Event-related claims, including whether such claims will be subject to mandatory arbitration and/or a class-action waiver, is currently under legal review and will be finalized before these Terms are published.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any action not otherwise resolved under Section 17 will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
JBIT may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued registration or attendance after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Registration information you provide is handled in accordance with JBIT's Privacy Policy. Please review that policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
